Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). This is the government body that regulates immigration advice which means our specialist Immigration Advisers can give advice on any immigration issue at any ‘level’.
The immigration helpline 01782 407 968 is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 11.30am except for the first Tuesday of each month when we are closed. Ask for an interpreter if you need one.

We will discuss any fees with you in advance and provide you with a list of local solicitors who provide those services as well as our own price list. All money received from fees goes back into providing services for everyone.
