My name is Louise, and I offer a wide range of help and support for people who are living at home, in assisted living and care homes throughout Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas.
My services include domiciliary cleaning/ironing, end of tenancy cleaning, companion care and respite, transport to appointments and accompanying you for your weekly shopping, picking up shopping, pension, prescription.
My main aim is to help make life easier for you and your family.
No job is too small, whether you need regular or occasional help with transport and support to appointments, domestic help, companion/respite care or to go shopping I will be happy to help you or a family member.
One example of care I have provided was to prepare / assist and take an elderly lady to a family wedding and stay with her for the duration of the day and take her home in the evening and get her settled.
I have more than 30 years of experience with personal care, domiciliary care, dementia, depression and anxiety but not with autism unfortunately.
I like to arrange a meet and greet prior to undertaking any work, to discuss you or your families needs and give you time to reflect and discuss with your family.
I charge a flat rate of £15 per hour. The charge covers time, transport and fuel.
