Companionship is so important; I love to have a good natter over a cup of tea or I can support you to get out and about. We can go shopping, visit a garden centre, go to your local library or attend a community group.
Maybe go out for a drive and a bit of lunch or I can accompany you to medical appointments.
If you find that the modern world of technology is difficult to navigate I can help you to organise bills, do shopping or access online services.
