Meir Primary Care Network-Wellbeing team
We offer warm and welcoming safe space at Rowan Village each Wednesday morning, come and join us for a friendly chat, group activities, relaxation, a cuppa, and so much more. Our Health and Wellbeing Coach and Social Prescribing Linker are on site each week to offer non-clinical support, BP checks, weigh-ins, Atrial Fibrillation checks, support with the NHS App, and general support.
