Creative PA Support is a small independent provider, providing Personal Assistant Support and community/ building based day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities within the city of Stoke on Trent. We excepts referrals from Social Services and self referrals.
Our Core Values & Ethos has always been very much about empowering service users to achieve their life’s choices, wishes and aspirations as we very much focus on you the individual.
As a modern day approach to supporting individuals we deliver an excellent range of person-centred based activities which is supported by our own skilled and experienced Activity Support team. Our staff are all fully DBS checked at enhanced level.
We are fully passionate about bringing people together, as we believe that doing things with other people can often help people feel less isolated but importantly included and valued as well as gaining self worth.
Within our Hub sessions we aim to develop a fun and creative atmosphere where service users can learn and develop new skills and gain basic training skills including:
- Work Experience opportunities – this could be supported or done independently
- CV writing
- Independent living skills
- Gardening skills on our allotment
