Project 93 runs a vibrant range of social and support groups for LGBTQ+ people across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Our goal is to help you find your community, share experiences, and build friendships in spaces that are safe, affirming, and free from judgement.
We offer a variety of groups to suit different interests and needs, including:
-
Peer Support: Structured, confidential spaces to discuss wellbeing, identity, and life experiences with people who understand.
-
Social & Creative: Relaxed meet-ups for crafting, chatting, and making new friends in a low-pressure environment.
-
Gaming & Activities: Casual groups for board games, RPGs, and other fun activities.
-
Identity-Specific Support: Dedicated spaces run by and for specific parts of our community, such as trans and non-binary people.
-
Outdoor Socials: Opportunities to connect with others while enjoying nature and the outdoors.
Whether you want to talk about serious issues or just have a laugh and play a game, there is a space for you here.
Location: Most groups are held at our accessible offices in The Dudson Centre, Hanley, though some social activities take place at other local venues.
How to access: Most groups are free to attend. To see our current schedule and book your place, please search for “Project 93” on Eventbrite or visit our website.
