Dementia Connect, Alzheimer’s Society’s personalised support service, means you’re only one click or call away from the dementia support you need.

It’s free, easy to access, and puts you in touch with the right support, from local help to phone and online advice. Helping make things easier.

Dementia Connect combines local face to face support with telephone and online advice and offers personalised support to anyone who is living with dementia or a mild cognitive impairment, as well as their carers and families.

Telephone support lines are open 7 days a week and specially trained Dementia Advisers are available to provide expert advice, information and signposting.
