Let’s talk about lung health.
Breathe Easy North Staffs (BENS) is a friendly local lung health support group, run by volunteers with the support of respiratory nurses. We offer a welcoming space to share experiences, learn practical ways to manage lung conditions, and support one another to live well.
Membership is free and open to anyone with a lung condition, as well as family members and carers.
We meet monthly as a social group, enjoying guest speakers, useful information, and a chat over tea and cake. We also organise local days out, weekly lung-friendly exercise classes, and social walking groups.
Our meetings take place on the first Friday of each month at Marsh Hall, Grange Lane, Wolstanton, ST5 0EB, (up the hill from the M&S and ASDA shopping park).
