Checkley Community Centre is in the small, rural village of Checkley. The Hall was opened in 1984 and stands in a prominent position at the top of the village.
The hall can cater for all types of events, including Weddings and Birthday Parties, has as a Stage, Bar and Kitchen facilities.
Checkley Community Centre Committee is proud to offer the hall and its facilities to all the people in the District.
The hall was built with the hard work of the volunteers’, who worked to raise money through events and grants; they still work to maintain the hall to provide a first-class facility for the area.
The Hall is a registered Charity, so any profits are used to improve the Hall for everyone who hires it.
You can hire the hall to host your own one-off event, or regular classes and groups.
