Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). This is a government body that regulates immigration advice which means our Refugee and Asylum team can give advice on any type of immigration issue, at any level, including refugee and asylum advice.

Drop-ins are on Tuesday mornings from 9.30am to 12pm or until the last ticket is given out if sooner. Interpreters available.
