WEDNESDAY CREATIVE MAKERS SESSIONS
Help make and create exciting public artworks for Longton, celebrating this historic town and making it a vibrant place to live and visit.
Unlock your creativity and learn new skills with a friendly group of makers at weekly drop-in sessions. You’ll work with local artists and be a part of bright and bold art projects for the town centre as well as the buzzing annual ‘Pig Walk’ carnival and other events.
We’ll provide support, all equipment, drinks and snacks. Help with transport is available if required.
Urban Wilderness offer a range of volunteer opportunities from Creative Makers to carnival crew and working with young people on art-based activity. Get in touch to discuss how you can get involved.
