Fulford Parish Council Community Action Group

The group was created to help the most vulnerable within our community at a time when the whole world was about to be disrupted in unprecedented style. As soon as the group was formed it was time to recruit Volunteers to help with the many requests for shopping, prescription collections, postage and even just being a telephone friend. To date the group helps over 400 people on a regular basis with over 100 Volunteers.

Today the group goes beyond the tasks mentioned above. We now look after Parish litter picking, community events and activities amongst other things.
