Dougie Mac
Dougie Mac has been caring for the community since 1973, providing all hospice services free of charge to local people with life-limiting illness in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages. Following the amalgamation of The Donna Louise Trust in 2021, Dougie Mac now offers a broad spectrum of palliative and end of life care services for children, young adults and adults.
This is an information hub for healthcare professionals across our community to support collaborative working.
- Making a referral: Referrals are accepted from any health care professional, including GPs, hospital doctors, community nurses and specialist nurses. When the GP is not the source of the referral, the patient’s GP will be informed that a referral has been made.
