Meir Primary Care Network- Wellbeing Team
A men’s only Group in the heart of Meir for the men of Meir. A safe space to meet, chat, have a cuppa, share experiences and receive support.
We have a Social Prescribing link worker on site for non-medical support. We also offer free blood pressure and Atrial Fibrillation checks and support with the NHS App.
We meet each Tuesday afternoon at ‘The YARD Community Facility’ from 1pm – 2.30pm
