MHA Communities North Staffs

We have operated in the city for over 30 years helping older people to live later life well.

Our current offering includes bringing people together for a range of:

• Social/friendship/ lunch club activities,
• Regular exercise/wellbeing classes aiming for better strength and mobility and improved sense of well being.
• One to one services, both face to face and telephone befriending to alleviate isolation.

Monthly groups include:

• Chance to dance,
• Silver screen club,
• Friends who lunch,
• The  diners club.

Signposting to increase independence and access to support.

We offer trips and outings to places of interest to stimulate interest and social interaction.
