Reaching (North Staffs)

Reaching North Staffs works in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire to combat isolation, promote connectedness, and improve living conditions and wellbeing through empowering, compassionate relationships. We work with any individual 18+ who has a need for support.

Reaching offers free short-medium term support to vulnerable adults who are struggling with the impact of physical health and mental illness through intensive outreach support, group support and finance and housing support. We are also able to support with referrals for food and energy support for people affected by the Cost of Living Crisis.
