Reaching North Staffs works in Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire to combat isolation, promote connectedness, and improve living conditions and wellbeing through empowering, compassionate relationships. We work with any individual 18+ who has a need for support.
Reaching offers free short-medium term support to vulnerable adults who are struggling with the impact of physical health and mental illness through intensive outreach support, group support and finance and housing support.
Reaching also provides bespoke packages of support to address long-term support needs of adults with disability and enduring illness with the means to purchase these services. The charges for these services will be in-line with fair pricing guidelines and will be flexible, reliable with quality at its core.
