Silver Tree Stoke-on-Trent is a local care and support provision for Children and Adults with a range of disabilities. We are one of the few support providers for both Children and Adults.
We are a not-for-profit company, registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
We provide the highest level of care and support, including personal care, as well as other help at home and in the wider community. All of our team hold Enhanced DBS checks and are fully trained in many areas of care and support, with some staff trained in clinical skills. We offer a person-centered approach, focusing on your needs.
We can provide help at home, including personal care, home cleaning, help filling out forms, and companionship; we can also provide help in the community, including signposting to other organisations, collecting deliveries, picking up medication, shopping, and guidance with benefits/grants.
