Brighter Futures

The Clubhouse Network is a free, mutually supportive community for people who have lived experience of mental ill health. Our Clubhouses provide safe and welcoming environments in which members can regain confidence and a sense of belonging through social, leisure, and volunteering opportunities.

The Clubhouse Network is for you if you:

  • have lived experience of mental ill health – this can be through mild/moderate anxiety, depression, or enduring mental health conditions.
  • are over 18 years old,
  • living in Stoke-on-Trent or North Staffordshire

You can choose how to engage with the Clubhouse Network as there are plenty of activities on offer, as well as access to a range of support, including:

  • group or 121 support,
  • fun and inclusive activities such as art and craft sessions, quizzes, music sessions and therapies,
  • volunteering opportunities and support into paid employment,
  • learning new skills such as cooking, writing, maths, life skills and crafts
  • help to gain recognised qualifications,
  • meeting new people and socializing,
  • support to improve or maintain your physical and mental wellbeing,
  • regaining confidence
  • signposting to other services,
  • relaxing in quiet space attending trips and excursions
