The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is a national charity which supports deprived communities situated in former coal mining areas across England, Wales and Scotland.
CRT provides grant funding for community projects related to Trust’s core themes of Health & Wellbeing, Employment and Skills, but also offer a comprehensive free practical support service to our member organisations. Free membership benefits include:
• Local Area Profiling – detailed `Community Insight’ Reports using licenced software
• Identifying Potential Funders – production of customised `Grant Finder’ reports using licenced software
• Support applying for funding – feedback on draft applications to any UK funder including CRT
• Networking – join over 600 organisations who are keen to work together
• Online Resource Library – over 1,000 reports, studies and how-to-guides
• Regional Training Events – online training sessions planned for 2023
• Signposting – to partner organisations
