Reaching CIC works with vulnerable people aged 16+, in particular adults with life impacting disability and illness living within North Staffordshire. We aim to bridge service gaps and embrace change and difference, ensuring adults and families facing hardship are supported by strong friendships and dedicated professionals in safe spaces within thriving communities. We have 2 key support programmes:
Thrive Hive is our free service provision, offering access to social groups, support with mental health, food and energy poverty, housing and benefits advice and signposting to specialist services. We also offer a free confidence coaching telephone service which aims to build confidence and help isolated adults reconnect with their community.
Recovering Homes is a specialist holistic support programme that works with people who hoard. Our hoarding service is a chargeable service, and details of our support packages can be found on our website.
