U3A University of The Third Age

The University of the Third Age (U3A) Movement provides life enhancing opportunities to individuals who are in their third age. Membership is not related to a numerical age but to a period in one’s life following the two ages of child dependence, and full time employment/parental responsibility. Anybody in their third age can join U3A and this includes people who are working part time. All you need is interest and enthusiasm.
